January 16–17, 2026. The Center for Outreach, Mentorship and Empowerment (COME) executed a high-level Strategy & Professional Standards Session with First National Bank, Ghana. This was not a motivational talk. It was a strategic conversation on institutional excellence, execution discipline, and professional standards. ---
